A lend money from B AND SIGNED ON THE STAMPS PASTED TO IT ,but the name placed topsi turvy
Can the money suit file in the court for recovary? who canfile it?

Do you mean signature was affixed from the opposite direction? If so, it is valid. It is the signature that matters.

No.The signature is that of the peson who took the loan ,but the recitle that the money passed from lendor to the receiver is reversed

No. The person who has lent the money cannot file money recovery suit as he has signed in the place of receiver of money. The person who has lent the money, as per the stamp paper, can file money recovery suit. If such a gross mistake has happened and lendor becomes borrower, god only should save him.
