Dear all

wht is the processors of exemption of service tax on GTA Services (to port or airland)in exports of rice u/s zzp clause

The entire procedure of availment of exemption, conditions and requirements for availing the exemption is given out very explicitly in Notification 18/2009-S.T. dated 7.7.2009. Two forms Form EXP1 and Form EXP2 have to be submitted as per this Notification.

WHT DOUCMENTS SHOULD BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM EXP-2 FOR SERVICE TAX EXEMPTION. AND WHT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR SUBMIT THIS RETURN. & IF EXP-2 RETURN IS LATE SUBMIT THEN WHT IS THE PROCEDURE OF THIS ACT
