Township Layout Plan Approval

(Querist) 04 June 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Team,

I would like to ask you,If any township is having Layout plan which is not having approval and they are selling those plots on the basis of their township Layout,So we can buy those plots or there will be any issue in future?

They are having land registry but not mutation and they will apply mutation at that time of registry. Is this ok or not?

Land laws vary from state to state. Consult a local lawyer to get it clarified.
