Filing of documents

(Querist) 18 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
In a criminal case, I am a defacto complainant. I have submitted the following documents at the time of my witness.
1. One of the accused (A7) in a civil case identified the PW2 was present at the time of incident. Further the accused had accepted that A6 and A7 went to the house of defacto complainant on the date of incident and PW2 was present at that time.
2. A7 in a telephonic conversation with Defacto complainant had accepted the date of incident, place of incident and also their demand for money with criminal intimidation.
3. Two letters issued by Bank Manager issued to defacto complainant stating that the two demand drafts purchased by defacto complainant were paid to A6, through A6 bank account.
When defacto complainant submitted the same on the date of witness statement,The Judge informed defacto complainant to submit the same through Public Prosecutor. When the same were submitted through PP it was rejected.
Kindly provide case laws to request the Judge to take the documents and get them marked, as documents.

The documents needs to be formally proved for its getting exhibited.
So check whether it was done or not.

Barman Sir,

I could not follow ur sentence. What shall be done to formally prove for its getting exhibited?

C.D.of telephonic conversation and write up of telephonic conversation between Lw1/PW1 and A7 is submitted along with the charge sheet by the I.O. Only C.D is marked as documnet. But the write up of telephonic conversation was not marked as document.

ur suggestion pl.
