Pay fixation

I was working in the pay band of Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2400. with a basic pay of Rs. 13070/- I have been selected on the basis of internal recruitment departmentally and offered appointment in IDA pay scale Rs. 12300-25400 equivalent to pay band Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200.

Can I please have advise on pay fixation and details of addmissible office memorandums.

whether pay fixation is to be done in the CDA pay scale i:e one increement and grade pay of the pre revised post and then switching over to the IDA pay scale. If yes which orders or O.M's are available in support.
