sir,

sir person arrested by the police , section 456 and 380 filed against him, than accused got bail now he want to settle the case, entire theft article is recovered , can accused settle this case, what are the procedure have to follow

Do u mean that he wants to plead guilty?
If So then go for plea bargaining. Sec 265A to 265L

OR

You can still settle the case by turning the witness hostile. You cannot compound the case since both the offenses are non compoundable as per sec 320 of CrPC.
