ONE COMPANY ADVERTISE THEIR NAME IN THE BACKSIDE OF THE NATIONAL FLAG

MY QUSTIONS ARE
1 WHETHER ANY COMPLAINT LODGED AGAINST THAT COMPANY BEFORE POLICE?
2.WHETHER I FILE A PIL AGAINST THEM
3.ANY TIME LIMIT IS BARRED AGAINST THAT COMPANY.

1. Depends on the punishment provided for dishonour or misuse of flag.

2. Yes.

3. There is no time limit, continuous dishonor or misuse is itself a continuous offence.
