Aggrieved person should challenge such Order/ resolution in co-op court/ Registrar.
MUST provide Equal services. BY TURN monthly. . SINGLE PERSON CANNOT BE DEPRIVED LIFETIME of common facility.

According to approved society bye-laws,the said allotment should be done on first-come-first served basis but if the applicants are more than available parking slots,in such a situation,lottery allotments are legally permissible.
