Loan against property in lal dora

Hi

I have a house in the area situated in Lal dora with registry in my name , and want to take Loan against this property. Kindly suggest me what can I do, and what types of Document required for the same and please suggest me that which Bank can give Loan against the same property.

All most all the banks r ready to give but they need the repayment capacity for it. Is the loan for buisness then need to give three year documents IT rtns with propety documents
