i intend to file appeal ag. eviction order for non payment of rent and subletting.sublettees had left after giving possession to landlord. now only the charge of non payment remains can my appeal be considered favourably or the chargeof subletting will still persist and would affect the case

If you have got the possession of suit property then why are after the arrears rent?
Leave it and enjoy the recovered property.
