Relinquishment deed in favour of bangalore electricity supply company limited (bescom)

Dear All

We have to give land to BESCOM for giving power supply at free of cost as per their letter. Can some one explain as per Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957 what are the stamp duty and registration charges involved as there is no consideration.

Please this is quite urgent.
