Good afternoon my learned colleagues
Can I purchase the agriculture land which is acquired by vender through filing a suit in Land Tribunal Karnataka as occupant of the said land under The Karnataka Inams Abolition Law (Amendment) Act, 1979, earlier it was in the possession of Temple where the vender`s father cultivated the land by giving the temple ½ share in the crops,
The land tribunal decision came in the year 1992.in its decesion there is no condition or non transaferable period...

If the title is clear and the state law permits the sale of agricultural land, then you can definitely purchase. (in some states, the agricultural land can only be purchased by a farmer.)

Yes in the state of karnataka only farmer can buy agriculture land
