i am married to a person who is now a citizen of Australia. i have applied for a divorce in india. now i have to send summons to him in Australia. wht is the procedure for it....

help wanted.....

Send the summon to her address throuh international post with acknowlegement

send it through the high commissioner concerned.

You can either summon him using Hague convention or using a process server.

Though posts is used, but acknowledgement is always difficult in such case.
