Where to file anticipatory bail application ?

Dear Seniors,
My Client resides in Delhi - his wife apparently has made a dowry complaint in Rewari, Haryana (which is her hometown) on reciept of which Rewari Police came to him today and asked him (orally) to come to PS tommorrow morning. Now this gives us a very strong apprehension/Reason to believe of arrest in a non bailable case, Do I have to file the AB in Rewari COS ? or I can file it where I live which is also the place where the Cause of Action (if any) has arisen since the couple stayed here ?
Should he go there tommorrow ?

Rewari has AB.
However in Haryana, rarely AB is granted to the boy in 498a cases.
The police officer would have given him a notice for appearance.
The counselling process is shorter than Delhi and would end in 2-3 dates only.
