Buying resale property.

Hello R/s,

I am planing to buy the resale property in Talegoan Dabhade,Pune. The property was owned by the Lady. She is expired & after her death her husband & daughter want to sell that property.

I would like to know what document need to be check before final this property. He already gave me below docs,

1> Completion Certificate
2> society share certificate
3> agreement between builder & her.
4> construction permission
5> NA order
6> sanction plan
7> 7.12 extract.
8> title clearance certificate
9> conveyance deed.

Do I need the succession certificate?
