Transfer of civil suit from additonal city civil court,chennai to high court

(Querist) 07 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 

I would like to transfer my Original Suit(money suit) presently running in City Civil Court, chennai to MAdras High Court for certain valid reasons .. Under which section of CPC should I file for the transfer of the case in the Madras High Court?
