RE registration under contract labour act

Hi i plan to send my employees to do my clients work at my clients premises- mostly telecallers, as field collectors and data entry operators.
Do i need to be registered under contract labour laws. I plan to have 700- 800 employees

yes. You have to take a license. The Principal Employer needs registration too, to employ the contract labour otherwise the workers working in that establishment shall be considered to be directly working under him.
