sir my neighbour having very bad character and have nob mannered people and they always try to fight with us. my parents both are teacher and i am a student of engineering. some time we think about to case on them or complaint to police bt we unable to do so...because we have no any knowledge about the justice...but they are very experienced to trap innocent people.they belog to labour class family.three sons are nothing do.they always in teir home.and always try to do something wrong with us.we have know power to fight with them.we are very fear about the case and police matter becase we dont want to spend our time in courts.my parents says that once u trapped in cases and court and police then u cant come back from this.so i dont want to ruin my life with this trapping system.so please help me about this problem. please sir Amarjeet

Dear Amarjeet,
Why don't you remain aloof from them if they ae bad people.How do you think they are going to trap you?What kind of harrasment are they giving you?Is it only next door quarrel or something else? If it is civil matter police will not interfere. Try to keep away from them for sometime.Hope there could be some change in them.Don't react unneccessarily.I am giving you these advices,because you are a student,and concentrate only on your studies.

mai to khud nahi chahata aur aaj tak maine kisi se bhi jhagda nahi kiya hoon,
o kya hai ki...hamara ghar unke ghar k just back me hai...
fir jo bich ka gali hai ,o hamara main rasta hai...but o jaanbujh kar tang krne k liye and jhagda karne k liye rasta kharab krna chahte hai...jisme unka koi jameen nai hai...aur hmlogo ka 3ft. hai...
to aap bataiye ki ye sb kanoon k khilaaf hai...nd hame kya karna chaiye...hamare family me bas mere mom dad hai aur akela mai hi ldka hu..mai delhi me padhta...
mai bihar se hu...yaha pr complaint krne pr v koi fayda nai hota hai..bcoz ward ka main person v ajib tarah se hote hai..unke pas ajib tarah ka baat karne ka ideas hote hai jo hamesa galat log ka hi sath dete hai..unke sath hi mile rahte hai...hmlog ko to in politics matter and game khelna kuch nahi aata hai.so we unable to report and complain.
