Motor accident claim

While driving car Truck comming from opposite direction hit my car from the front dammaging the same. The same truck hits motocycle rider also. The rider of motocycle expired in hospital after two days. After about two months I recived a notice from MACT that my vehicle is offending vehicle and father of motorcyclest demanded compensation from me.He also lodge an FIR on next day of incident. In FIR the fact that truck hit the motorcycle and car is mentioned, but while lodging the claim in MACT it was mentioned that car was being driven at high speed and zig zag manner and it hits the motorcyclist. The truck was not identified. FIR is against unknown truk & truck driver and it was mentioned that truck hit motorcycle and car. my vehicle is insured and i have taken own dammage from insurance company.

please guide and help

You would need to face the trial and defend it. Did you lodge an FIR?
