Sale deed at lower price than previous purchase price

I INTEND TO BUY A PROPERTY ( A FLAT ) AT RS. TWENTY LAKHS WELL ABOVE THE GUIDELINE PRICE OF RS. SEVENTEEN LAKHS. THE SELLER OF THIS PROPERTY HAS BOUGHT IT EARLIER UNDER BANK LOAN FOR RS. THIRTY LAKHS.

MY QUESTION IS: CAN I REGISTER IT ON A SALE DEED FOR RS. TWENTY LAKHS OR SHOULD I REGISTER IT FOR RS THIRTY LAKHS?
I CAN SAVE RS NINETY THOUSAND ON STAMP PAPER

You can register it at the guideline value or Rs.20.00 lakhs.

For your kind information if you purchase the property at less then its value will be less for further selling and now it is upon you what you want.
