A charitable trust with property consisting of Dharamshala (Haryana) was established in 1933. Thereafter it was registered in 1973 under Society Registration Act 1860. Now will be governed by Society Act or Trust Act.

You shall have to tel whether the trust was dissolved while forming a society during 1973. If not then both shall prevail otherwise latter shall prevail.
