Dear Learneds:
I wanted some information on judiciary but I am not able to get the proper administrative authority to whom I can address RTI because my petitions to state information officer did proved futile. I wanted some information related with session court/judge but I do not want to move through NAKAL SAWAL as we in U.P. call it if some documents from the courts are required. However I want information which is against the session court itself. Kindly enlighten me.

You can ask for the documents which you wantend through the registar of the respective court or through the registar of respective HC. If you don't get it then file the writ petition seeking your information
