Fdi in llp by foreign llp

Dear Professionals,

One foreign LLP wants to incorporate LLP in India with 100% investment, since FDI in LLP has been allowed via vide press note no. 1 (2011 Series),
Can anyone provide me the detailed procedure for incorporation of LLP in India including all the approvals required & documents in this regard?
