For wage settlemnt the paying capacity of the employer, the prevaing rate of wages in the similar employment in the locality and the epmloyees wormanship etc are the common parameters. For more specific answers you may furnish specific question.

In addition to Mr. Vijayarajan's reply, I may add that in no case the wages should go below the minimum wages fixed from time to time by the State where the industry/organisation is established.
