sir,whether 17b wages can be deducted while doing payment of backwages to the workman under industrial dispute act.is there any case law pertaining to the above case.regads
sir thank u very much.i could find a case law pertaining to the above matter, i could find one i.e regionall authority dena bank vs gansham 20001 sc.is there any other case law .

yes, the amount paid under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act during the pendency of the case before High Court and/or Supreme Court can be adjusted in back wages to be paid to a workman.
