My Grand Father get his 1/3rd share through court in 1944. My Great Grand Father had two wifes. My grand father is the first wife son.
My Great Grand father had got another son for his second wife. So the property divided into three parts and my grand father get 1/3rd of that property. The total property was Ancestral Property. In 1969 My Great Grand Father died.
How to fight for the Great Grand Father's Property.
Till Now the Great Grand Father's Property enjoying the second wife son.
Please give the suggesion how to fight for that property.
If he wrote will to the second wife son.
How to fight?
If he didn't wrote will to any others?
How to fith?
Please give the answer as early as posssible.

If he has died intestate, go for a share in the whole property,if not, go for the properties that were inherited by your GGF to the exclusion of the self-acquired ones.
