R/Sir,

I want a decleration of Legal representativ or guardianship certificate by the court.

metter - a person 45 y old is mentel disable (KOMA) his wifes required legal representative certificate.

sir, pl. adv. me, above metter of application put up in the court which under the provision and act.

Being Legal representative of one is a phenomena which comes in existence after the death of principal. As well as guardianship is also matter extent to someone's age of being major.

If you need this kind of certificate in a legal proceeding you should follow the procedure laid down in order 32 CPC.
