About MOU

I had done MOU about sale of property by recieving only 2 lakhs after that the second part made the MOU Simple NOtary without informing me and than he changed the Mou by signing the witness column and than made it register one side without informing me

Please tell me what to do now he is demanding property and not lending money and in mou there is clause of Arbitration

I was only thinking that if you are located somewhere in Delhi we can be of help.
Better consult a lawyer in Mumbai along with all your papers, before taking any further step in the matter.

You can cancel the MOU by issuing a suitable notice. If you havent parted with possession, file a suit for injunction.

so, it is done without your consent and thus it's not called MOU.
It called cheating.
Cancel the mou.Also you can file Cheating case under Section 415 of Indian Penal Code,1860.And also file a suit for injunction
