THIS IS ADITYA REQUESTING U TO SUGGEST ME ON A POINT.

I HAVE COMPLETED MY LL.B EXAMS AND PLANNING TO JOIN A Sr. ADVOCATE, SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME, WHAT MINIMUM PREPARATION SHALL I DO B4 JOINING HIM.

For civil cases- See CPC. and if you want to go in civil cases, you have to see related field acts in which you are interested. like company law, Land acquisition law.
For Criminal cases- see CRPC and IPC.

First decide under what branch of law you wish to practice. Then find out a good senior who may need your service and attend, work hard and assist him honestly. Then you will become a good lawyer.
