Art.14 forbids class legislation but it does not forbid reasonable classification.The classification must not be arbitrary.Art.14 applies where equals are treated differently without any reasonable basis.

sir, Art 14, constitution of india,1950 focusses about the equality among the equals, but not among the unequals. it always justify the reasonable classification unless the arbitrariness is completely absent.
