What happen if husband does not attend every court hearing till evidence stage. he is repersented by his lawyer. Would that go against him and how many date he can missing.

Any citiation, where judge allowed divorce due husband absense inspite of his lawyer available on court.

you may file memo that appearing warrant for attend the court. then immediately take action to produced the husband
