renting commercial property

(Querist) 16 May 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I studied an order of the Delhi High Court which stayed the service tax levied on renting of immovable property for commercial purpose.

Now i reliably learnt that this order had been stayed by the Supreme Court.

Can anyone provide me the order of the Supreme Court.. pls..
