good morning to every one, how to answer the case comment in exam is there any reference books for jurisprudence

A case study normally cosists of some specific case, which indirectly hints towards some problem area (her legal issues). So, if comments are desired on the context of jurisprudence that indicates that the case discussed in the case study would pertain to some hidden legal issues, which you will have to identify and which of the sections of law are attracted on those issues. You will have to weigh the pros & cons on legal aspects and put forth your positive and/or negative arguments in the shape of your comments quoting the relevant sections of law in support of your comments.

Brilliance of the students can well be judged from the comments on case studies.

better try with G.C.V subba rao book on jurisprudence.
