pay protect count previous service

i was working in muni corporation since 10 years in full pay grade
than my muni corp published ad for direct recruitment for higher post
i passed that exam and interview
i joined new post
but muni corp giving me fix pay for 3years and not counting my previous job for pension purpose
i m suffering heavy loss
what is remedy for me?

Are your new job and the old job same with same timescale of pay?

Also did you apply for new job through proper channel or after taking NOC from your the competent authority?

i think ur jobs is new so you cant have a benifits of pension as per govt rules and regulation

thnx mr. dhingra sir,
my old job was in 4000-6000 pay scale
new job will give 5500-9000 after 3 yrs of fixed pay of 11000. but before joining new post, my gross was 18000.
and secondly,
i applied for new job after taking NOC from my department.
