husband filed petition under sec. 91 of cr.p.c. production of wife bank account statement. but account number not known by husband, but account in the name of wife is confirm. husband is entitled to ask bank statement from bank officer?

you can summon in this regard both of the bank manager and your wife for the production of the statement

Husband can't ask from bank, but may request to court as suggested By Bishnoi Sir.

Bank can provide details only if asked by order of the court, not otherwise. If that would not have been there anybody would be able to check any other's account. Privacy has to be maintained by bank.

You can summon by providing the details. That too in pending proceedings. You have convince the court in this regard.
