Concessions to Females in AP!

Experts of the LCI forum,

Can some one from AP state or any one, familiar with AP state laws/rules, would kindly provide/share information in regards to concessions given in the law in respects of payment of Fees like, Registrations/Court fees etc.,

there is no such concession i respect of fee-registration / court fee.
