Whether a major girl who is having marriage with major boy (only police complaint is pending before station)can give statement u/s 164(5) CrPC before some other magistrate who is not having jurisdiction?

you can go to the magistrate who is having the proper jurisdiction and there u can record the statement u/s 164 Crpc and the same will be more helpful for you in such case
