affidavit by wife possible?

hi
can police or court direct wife to file an affidavit saying whatever she mention in FIR 498a is true.
If prove flase she would compensate for all legal,travel and loss of pay cause due this false case.

Can husband demand this request.

yes, if you prove all allegations is false, the court order to imprisonment or fine or both
