99 YRS LEASE GIVEN BY X to Y , IN between X dies his son filed a case that lease is illegal , Magistrate Court order to give possession to X Son warrant of possession has been issued and date fixed is 2/4/11 help.appeal filled before district judge & pending on 15/04/11 what can i do as Y GIVE some legal advice

As appeal against the order has already been filed, stay of the impugned order can be granted by the appellate court.

why the leas was canceled. what is the outcome of appeal. take immediately stay and file objection U/S 47 CPC in the executing court.
