approval of map for government buildings or offices???

is it not mandatory for government or semi government organizations to get approval of map of their office buildings ??

Aligarh Development Authority is not following the law of acquiring land and its use. What step we can take when they deny to show the map and argue about to not having an approved map as they are semi government organisation.

Please answer....

You can make an application under the RTI Act. ADA being a public authority is bound to provide you a copy of the building plan and provide information whether the same is sanctioned by the appropriate authority or not. If sanctioned, ADA is bound to provide you the necessary particulars thereof.

Your question would have been valid had you revealed your own official position here along with your question, as the question arises, in whaich capacity and authority you want to see the building plan of the ADA? Are you authorised to demolish the building of ADA, if the building plan is not sanctioned by the competent authority?
