sir ,
i need advice ,

my friend tavera vehical got accident , driver died and also one passanger died, vehical capacity is 6 + 1 , vehicle weight is 2400 kg , damage done is 12 lac , vehicale was yellow board, driver was having LMV licence ,
district consumer forum dismissed the complaint by saying time of accident driver not having valid licence ,

now i want to file appeal please help me and give me some citation

i had d just like same problem and won d case from district consumer forum on 24th feb 2011.
if u send yr postel address then i will send the case judgment!
