RESPECTED ADVOCATES,

THIS IS ADITYA! MY QUERY IS "MY FRIEND WAS APPOINTED TO T.C.S, BUT THEY ARE ASKING AN AFFIDAVIT ON 100/- STAMP PAPER, STATING THAT HE IS FREE FROM CRIMINAL CASES AND WAS NEVER BEEN IN THE RECORDS OF HIS JURISDICTION. NOW, HOW TO GET THIS AFFIDAVIT DONE? AND IT'S PROCESS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT IN GUIDING HIM.

You can purchase the stamp from any stamp vendor and can make declaration to the effect as asked for and get it motorized from any Notary. However, it better to get prepared through any counsel in order to avoid any complication.
