He has to stick on this point during, in chief and cross both.

If he has filed affidavit as his Examination in chief, he has to prove the fact in the affidavit itself. Otherwise he can prove the same at the time of examination in chief.

See I am accused. The complainant has filed a photo copy of lease agreement but not examined any witness to prove . No original produced and now affidavit is filed.

What is the status of this lease agreement.
