if college gave admission to student by ignoring law than does it effect student in the future.

No he can seek estoppel from the court

If the ignoring or waiver of any regulations makes a non eligile candidate admtted then the student may on discovery of such irregulartiy get ousted.

Not, till someone legally challenges the action of the college during the duraion of the academic course of the student.
