Dear all
I have a case regarding the Prohibition Act in Gujarat ( u/s 65,66B,66E,116 of Prohibition Act), Now my client wants to releave as Acquittal, the case is bonafide.

Whether any possibility to get release from the Legal Process?

If any ways are available then please guide me for the same .

If it is under the old act it is summons case so you can take benefit of section 248 of Cr PC.
