Should i compulsory invest in ESIC servise provided by company, even if i matches the basic criteria.

If you are a Work man employed in a establishment possessing registrtion under the ESI Act and match the criteria as stated by you, then you have to contribute the emploees share to ESI i.e. 1.75% of your Basic wages to avail the benefits under the Act.
