AFTER AMENDMENT IN BARE ACT OF Cr.P.C. THE APPEAL AGAINST AQQUITAL CAN BE FILED IN SESSIONS COURT BY P.P. IN STATE CASE.

yes, the same can however the prosecutor ought to have been directed to present the appeal to the court of session as envisaged under section 378{4} of the code.
