Property right of Gift Deed

Sir,
Gift Deed by Husbend to his wife. After Some yeras wife was died. To Whom the right of such property. sHe is haveing one son & one daughter at time of taken gift deed from huebend. After takeing gift she was not written any will of her gift property. Now wants registration to childerns name. It is possible. who is to do so.

As there is no will, husband, son and daughter will succed to the estate of deceased wife, hence all 3 have equal share in the propery.

if the children of wife wants the property in their name, then father can release his rights over the property in favour of his children by executing release deed.

All three will share equally if she died intestate i.e. without making any will .
