Court fees in Motor Accident matter in Mumbai?

Dear All Ld. Members,
I want to file an application in MACT Court, Mumbai under section 166 and 140 for Rs.25,000/- and Rs.2,00,000/- respectively.

could you all please tell me the exact court fees and Stamp duty payable?

Court fees is very nominal. In maharashtra it is only around Rs.1350/- on the claim of Rs.1,00,000/-.

The procedure and the format is not so tough.
