ELIGIBILITY FOR CIVIL JUDGE

SIR, PLEASE CONVEY THE OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA'S FOR CIVIL JUDGE . ALSO THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CIVIL JUDGE AND DISTRICT JUDGE AND THEIR SCOPE OF WORK.
SIR WHAT IS THE UPPER AGE LIMIT FOR OBC CANDIDATES AND EX-SERVICEMAN.

it depends upon the state to state so far as the Delhi is concerned there is noreservation for OBC rather they are counted under the category of GEN. The

1.civil judge, the post whhich is at the lowest side judge in heiarchy of judiciary.
2. the A.D.J. is comes in Higher Judiciary, they are directly appointed, the person should have a seven year continous practice at bar. The Article 233 of the constitution of India.

yes i do agree on point no.1
but in point no 2 DJ or ADJ are appointed by 75:25, 75% from judicial officers(25% promotion + 50% in judicial officers through limited compitition)and 25% from direct Bar.
Relaxsation in age as per state rule.
